Early morning coffee. Kurt and I were early risers and loved our coffee. The best times were just before sunrise going out with our mugs and sitting on the ABL's watching the sunrise and the approach to new and far away places.

I also remember the smokers matches in Bahrain and watching the XO puff on his Captain Black stogie.

I remember when the EMO was OOD and kept calling all hands inside the skin of the ship and the 1st LT going crazy because of all the work not getting done. Only to find out that we were right next to a water spout...it seemed so close we could reach out and touch it.
