I served in the Marines when that sailor was murdered in the ship's library. It was some Indian guy. I can't remember where he was from but it was the only time on Brig Duty that the Turnkeys had to have a loaded .45 on their hip. The guy seemed so mellow that I found it hard to believe he was the one who did it but that is what the police came up with. Hope this was helpful.
