One of the most memorable moments that I had while onboard the ship was when we went thru SRA up in Bremerton, WA between 1/85-10/85. This gave me a new understanding of what it means to be part of ships company & being a team. Everyone on board had to refit the ship over those 10-months and get it sea ready which was difficult at times but, well worth the effort once we returned to San Diego. WAY TO GO!!!...for all those apart of it...thanks for the memories...
